Lubomira Kolcheva

Member, EPSD Board of Directors
Director of the Bulgarian Environmental Partnership Foundation since 2004. Lubomira worked for five years at the Foundation for Local Government Reform. In 2003 Lubomira was a critical reader of an NGO Review, providing an overview of the state of the Bulgarian NGO sector.

Miroslav Kundrata

Member, EPSD Board of Directors
Director of the Czech Environmental Partnership Foundation since 1994. Dr. Kundrata is recognized nationally, regionally and internationally for his expertise in institutional building and sustainability of the NGO sector in Central and Eastern Europe. He served as Chairman of the Czech Donors Forum and currently serves as Chair of the EU Committee for the Czech Governmental Council for NGOs. He is a member of IUCN.
Education: undergraduate and graduate degrees in geography, Masaryk University, Brno. Registered Partnership Broker under the TPI/IBLF Partnership Brokers Accreditation Scheme.

 

Veronika Móra

Member, EPSD Board of Directors
Director of the Hungarian Environmental Partnership Foundation since 2007. She served as Deputy Director and Program Manager since 1997. She is a specialist in and has headed several programs focused civil society legislation and genetic engineering and chemical safety. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Volunteer Center Foundation and serves on the Advisory Board of the Protect the Future Association.
Education: Masters Degree in organizational psychology Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Social Sciences; MSc in Biology from Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Sciences.

 

Laszlo Potozky

Member, EPSD Board of Directors
Director of the Romanian Environmental Partnership Foundation since 1998. Laszlo Potozky established a foundation focused on environmental and community development projects in Romania. One year later, the foundation joined the EPSD consortium. He currently serves on 12 different national and international non-profit boards and steering committees and is the former President of the Romanian Donors Forum.
Education: University of Klagenfurt, Austria, MSc) in Management of Protected Areas; University of Minnesota & Technical University Cluj; Post Diploma Studies in Eco Management; University of Agricultural Sciences Bucharest, Engineer Degree

 

Peter Medved

Chair, EPSD Board of Directors
Director of the Slovak Environmental Partnership Foundation since 2002, has worked with the foundation since 1993 as environmental grants program and advocacy program manager. During previous years Peter served as a Board Member of the Regional Environmental Center and the Slovak Donors Forum. He is a Member of the Government Council for NGOs.
Education: Technical University, Bratislava, Faculty of Civil Engineering specializing in Working Environment, Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Sources; further training on non-profit organizational management and public participation by the Environmental Training Project, Center for Environmental Public Advocacy and Slovak Academic and Information Agency.
